Once they have been watered, the seed pads sprout tiny leaves in just a few days. Either as an ingredient or as decoration they will add variety and freshness to your meals and inspire your creativity. The elegant and compact porcelain sprouting bowl is dishwasher-safe and an eye-catcher on any table or windowsill. This kitchen garden turns into a culinary delight with a minimum of effort.

Microgreens are one of the oldest foodstuffs known to mankind and one of the most healthiest!

The concentration of vitamins, minerals and enzymes in young sprouting plants is many times higher than that of fully-grown vegetables. This makes them veritable superfoods. And of course you get them much fresher than their grown-up counterparts.

And this is how it’s done

After just a few days you can watch the little microgreens growing.

For the seed pads, we use only natural fibres and a natural binding agent as well as organic seeds. The pads are certified according to the EU organic regulations (DE-ÖKO-070), compostable and guaranteed free from preservatives. They are hand-crafted in collaboration with a charitable workshop.
