1. Purview

The following general terms and conditions apply for all orders placed through our online shop.

2. Conclusion of the contract

When placing an order through our online shop, the ordering process is comprised of a total of 4 steps. In the first step, you choose the desired goods. In the second step, you enter your customer details including invoice address and the delivery address, if different. In the third step you choose how you would like to pay. In the last step, you have the opportunity to check all of the information again (e.g. name, address, method of payment, article ordered) and correct it using the usual browser functions, before you send your order to us by clicking on “Buy now”.

The depiction of the products in the online shop does not represent a binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. You can first place our products in the shopping basket wtih no obligation and correct the details you have entered at any time before sending us your binding order using the correction aids designed for this purpose and explained in the ordering process. By clicking on the order button, you submit a binding order of the goods contained in the shopping basket. Confirmation of the receipt of your order is sent by e-mail after the order is sent.
However, a contract of sale only comes into being when our order confirmation is sent to you by e-mail or the goods ordered are delivered.

3. Prices, shipping costs, return costs in cases of cancellation

All prices are final and include value added tax at the legal rate.
We only ship goods. Unfortunately it is not possible to collect the goods yourself.
Shipping takes place within the Federal Republic of Germany and Austria. The shipping costs for shipping within Germany amount to € 3.90 per order, from an order value of € 35.00 shipping is free for the customer. The shipping costs for shipping to Austria amount to each order 7.50 €, from an order value of € 70.00, shipping is free for the customer.

We deliver within 7 days at the latest.

5. Conditions of payment

In our shop, the following are the basic forms of payment available to you (payment of the goods ordered is made in advance):
Credit card?:When you submit the order, at the same time you forward your credit card details to us.? After verifying that you are the legal holder of the card, immediately after the order is placed we ask your credit card company to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is automatically processed through the credit card company and your card is charged.

PayPal: ?During the order process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. To pay the invoice amount by PayPal, you must be registered there or register with them first, prove your identity with your access data and confirm the payment order to us. After submitting the order in the shop, we ask PayPal to initiate the payment transaction.?The payment transaction is then carried out directly by PayPal. You will receive additional instructions during the order process.

Transfer by SOFORT Überweisung: ?After submitting the order, you are redirected to the website of the online provider SOFORT Überweisung. To pay the invoice amount via SOFORT Überweisung, you must have an account with PIN/TAN configured for online banking for participation in SOFORT Überweisung, identify yourself accordingly and confirm the payment order to us. You will receive additional instructions during the order process. The payment transaction is then carried out directly by SOFORT Überweisung and charged to your account.
We reserve the right to exclude certain methods of payment. You may only exercise a right of retention if the claims result from the same contractual relationship.

6. Retention of title

The goods delivered remain our property until full payment of all claims is made.

7. Guarantee

The guarantee is governed by statutory warranty rights. If goods are delivered with obvious damage due to transportation, please complain about such faults to the carrier immediately, if possible, and contact us without delay. Failing to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences with regard to your legal rights and the implementation thereof, and in particular for your statutory warranty rights. It will however help us to make our own claims against the freight carrier or transport insurance.

9. Storage of the contract text

The languages available for formalisation of the contract are German and English. We store the contract text of your order. You can print this text before sending your order to us by clicking on “Print” in the last step of the order. We also send you an order confirmation with all the order details to the e-mail address submitted by you. We save the contract text and send you the order data by e-mail. You can view and download the general terms and conditions at any time on this page. You can view your past orders in our customer login.

10. Data protection

When a contract of sale is initiated, concluded, completed and rescinded, data are collected, stored and processed by us in the context of the legal provisions.

When visiting our internet offer, your current IP address, the date and time, the browser type and operating system of your PC and the pages you look at are recorded. However, conclusions on personal data are not possible for us with these data and are also not intended. The personal data you give us e.g. when placing an order or by e-mail (e.g. your name and contact details) are only used for correspondence with you and only for the purpose for which you provided us with the data. We only pass your data on to the shipping company hired to make the delivery, if it is necessary for delivery of the goods. We pass your payment data on to the credit institution charged with payment for the completion of payments.
We guarantee that we do not pass your personal data on to third parties unless we are legally obliged to do so or you have expressly given your prior consent. If we engage the services of third parties for the performance and completion of processing, the provisions of the German federal data protection law are fulfilled.

b) Duration of the data storage
Personal data conveyed over our website are only stored for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were entrusted to us. If retention periods relating to commercial or tax law must be observed, the storage period for certain data may be up to 10 years.

If you no longer agree to the storage of your personal data or these have become incorrect, we shall, when given the corresponding instruction by you, initiate the erasure, rectification or blockage of your data. If you so request, you will receive information free of charge on all of your personal data that we have stored.
