When a contract of sale is initiated, concluded, completed and rescinded, data are collected, stored and processed by us in the context of the legal provisions.

However, conclusions on personal data are not possible for us with these data and are also not intended. If we engage the services of third parties for the performance and completion of processing, the provisions of the German federal data protection law are fulfilled.

b) Duration of the data storage
Personal data conveyed over our website are only stored for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were entrusted to us. If retention periods relating to commercial or tax law must be observed, the storage period for certain data may be up to 10 years.

c) Your rights
If you no longer agree to the storage of your personal data or these have become incorrect, we shall, when given the corresponding instruction by you, initiate the erasure, rectification or blockage of your data. If you so request, you will receive information free of charge on all of your personal data that we have stored. e) With the aim of improving users’ experience on our website we use the software Hotjar (http://www.hotjar.com, 3 Lyons Range, 20 Bisazza Street, Sliema SLM 1640, Malta, Europe).
