The superfood garden for the home,
with no earth.

After watering, the first shoots sprout out of the seed pads after just a few days, and can be used as an ingredient or decoration to add variety, creativity and freshness to your dishes. The elegant, compact porcelain sprouting bowl can be placed on a table or window ledge and can be cleaned easily in the dishwasher. And like this a kitchen garden turns into a culinary delight with a minimum of effort.

Heimgart wishes you much joy and a happy meal!

Microgreens are one of mankind’s oldest foodstuffs, and little power plants to boot!

The concentration of vitamins, minerals and enzymes in young plants is many times higher than that of fully-grown vegetables, earning them the designation of a superfood. And in matters of freshness these tiny sprouting buds are also vastly superior to their older counterparts.

And this is how it’s done

After just a few days you can already glimpse the little microgreens as they grow.

As soon as the coverings are raised by the microgreens, you can remove them.

Vegan Queen, cookbook author and chef Sophia Hoffmann sets great store by sustainability and conscious consumption. No wonder then that Heimgart has already found a permanent place on her windowsill.

Microgreens are veritable power plants. They are bigger than sprouts, smaller than baby leaves and are jam-packed with vitamins, minerals and secondary plant substances.
